Service, professionalism and knowledge are keys to being successful.

Caryn began her career in real estate in 1994 as an administrative assistant and enjoyed the industry so she became a licensed real estate agent. A few years after obtaining her real estate license and working as a part time agent, Caryn began working as a Realtor full time when she accepted a position with Jacksonville’s largest real estate corporation in their property management division. Recently, Caryn applied her knowledge and abilities as a property manager when teaming up with Middleton Realty, Inc. allowing her to continue to build on her knowledge and abilities as a Realtor - Property Manager.  

In addition to her work as a Realtor, Caryn devotes time to serving the Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (NEFARPM), a local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NAPRM) where she strives to help bring a higher level of respect and professionalism to those working in property management.  Caryn was President of NEFARPM in 2006 and continues to be involved with this organization today. Through this association she keeps abreast of local, state and national changes in current marketing trends, and changes in the local rental market.

When not active in real estate activities, Caryn is busy spending time with her three daughters. Together they are all active members of St. Paul United Methodist Church, where they assist in the children’s program with organizing, promoting and decorating for Vacation Bible School, the annual Habijax for Humanity Silent Auction, and the landscape committee. They also enjoy spending time with the many animals that share their home: two dogs, a rabbit, two guinea pigs and ferret.

Between graduating from Fletcher Senior High and Florida Community College of Jacksonville, Caryn was a young adult in Baltimore, Maryland, where she worked in the cemetery industry prior to returning to Jacksonville.
